I am going to loose 50 pounds starting today by eating less fat and calories and breaking a good sweat everyday. Today I did a two mile run on a road with lots of hills. then i did 100 crunches 100 knee raises and 100 side crunches on each side.
300.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
