Day 4 and I feel just fine actually. Am not missing the fatty stuff nor the sugar. Will finally go get the food scale to make sure I am eating just 100 grams of meat per meal!
180.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
