Hello all, Moon here.

Progress is slowly shuffling along. I also started a gym membership and I swim every day now. It tires me quickly but that's okay. Each day I will get a little stronger.

I decided on swimming because I have a vacation coming at Easter. I'm going to southern California and it would be so amazing to swim in the ocean on top of seeing it. And palm trees! Unimaginable. I type this from underneath my electric blanket...

I tried something new: ground lamb. I used rosemary, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise on a lamb burger. It's pretty decent. Next time I'll try with cheese.
279.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 152.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.6 lb a week
