Dieting is so hard for me. I have definitely fallen off the wagon for so long that it's hard to recover. Thankfully, I discovered it now instead of later. So far I been up and down the past couple of days, but I'm right back up to 145 lbs.
You would think with summer that it would be easier, but all I want to do is be lazy. I need to get my butt into gear pronto!
