omg I totally overdid my calories today! and it's only lunch time.
160.7 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your carbs are low...it will off set it. Don't worry too much. You are new at this & learning at this stage...next time it will be a little less vienna's...a little less cheddar etc..then you can add crunchy low carb vegetables to "bulk" up your meal on a side plate and you will feel fuller with all the fibre and eat less at the next meal etc..Try not to eat dairy more than once a day as the lactose (the milk sugar) CAN slow down weight loss...in SOME individuals. Don't forget your water...even more so as you go into ketosis. Your kidneys will be chucking out more water than normal due to lower insulin levels. No less than 2 litres a day :)
