Thanks Frankie and Amanda!!! Yes unfortunaley I did gain weight, but its better than the scale showed yesterday. My new plan is to curb the sodium and calorie levels and more exercise. I am feeling better today. My exercise plan got halted by my bad cold, but I am feeling alot better today and my temperature was 95.7 which is normal. I am feeling better enough to walk today. 45degrees this morning and temp will be 67-73 today

Happy your weight dropped. That cold probably had a lot to do with it. This flu going around is pretty scary. We just got a bag of oranges in the house and other fruits for vitamin C.
