I think drastic measures are in order.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey lady keep it up! My mother is 5' and she has lost 41lbs on The BBVI Challenge and has 39 more to go. If you want help with a meal plan that includes the shakes just let me know :)
