cheat day on diet
Sunday is cheat day, and the one day I plan to eat pancakes, pasta, or bread. Sometimes I will even buy a big potato to smother with butter and sour cream. Last Sunday, the big splurge was a huge piece of blueberry pie. Definitely - definitely allow yourself a bit of occasional indulgence. Just my personal opinion - and I'm no expert.

Cardio VS weight training
Great info on weight training, and I did buy the book from Amazon and look forward to its arrival. I am a newbie as well to weight training and feel silly with my little 15 lb weights when the guys at the gym are pumping 40's. But I do it, and I love it.
