I am new to this calorie tracking thing as I think it will help me stay on track. I am very limited these days on exercise as my lower lumbar discs have really started to degrade and I am having a hard time with any form of exercise. Used to my jeans would get snug and I would add an extra run day. Now I add an extra hole on the belt! Lol!! Hopefully having my calories in my face will help me to make better decisions!
