Didn't get nearly enough calories in yesterday...I was so busy! So I had 3 screwdrivers to kick up my calorie count...Bad me, I know.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
