Down another pound and a half. Since yesterday afternoon I seem to have totally lost my appetite :( I had to push last night to eat dinner, and I still fell ridiculously short of 20 carbs. Going to have to be more vigilant today. I'm not trying to starve myself, and won't do myself any favors later on.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
