This is frustrating to be trying so hard and stuck!! I don't know how you are eating exactly, but I would suggest eating lean, real foods and getting plenty of protein and veggies. For carbs, only whole grain and limit your carbs. If you eat a good protein and lots of veggies for your dinner and then maybe just have an apple for a snack, I bet you will see the scale go down in the morning. Also, try adding weight training to your routine. You will burn calories for 48 hours after weights. You may see your weight go up a little after training for a few weeks, but you will feel leaner and it really can rev up your metabolism. Also change things up a bit in your routine- your body will get used to the same thing. And, make sure you are eating enough. Too little will just work against you. Let me know if it helps!
