Is aspartame bad for keto diet?
189.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not recommend. Only stevia. Raw. Not truvia.

Buy the organic Stevia from Health food stores, and if you can FIND it, the brown stevia - less refined. My teacher has been using it for more than 15 years to give him a little sweet taste now and then; he has diabetes. Good luck! Remember, the health food kind, not the commercial stuff!
