I have been upset lately. I diet all week, work out all week and no weight loss. Its been weeks, I forget about dieting for three days and now look I gain two pounds. Will go back to it again. I have the fitbit but I don't like how they document the food. I prefer here but I need to see how I can make my fitbit work for me.
