I did a little happy dance on the scale this morning! And THEN today I was determined to up my calorie intake to 1600 but I just couldn't do it. I got close, though, and since I am really guess-timating on some of it, I probably got closer than I think. I actually got to eat all of the foods I have been craving since the beginning of March... ice cream, pizza, regular Italian salad dressing. It was like heaven. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow before I get on a plane and have no access to a scale for a while. I walked a ton, today, also. Nothing like your stroller-thons, but way more than I usually do.

Stroller-thons! Good one! Hey make sure an english muffin lands on your plate to while you are on vacation too, just butter, no jam or jelly! I think it's good that you have a chance to get in some "regular people" food. I don't think you'll lose your mind either. Especially since you are (almost) already down 1/3 to your initial goal weight. I'm sure you'll be sensible with portions, cuz you already know back tracking is gonna suck when you get back. I personally think a higher RDI for a short break will keep your body guessing and may help you, not hurt you, when you do return to business as usual. Well have a safe flight, enjoy yourself and your friends!
