I had a mini binge this weekend after hubby and I had pizza on Saturday as a cheat meal. My weight is down a little today, which to me confirms my fears that I am not eating enough, especially since I am still nursing the baby. I need some ideas for healthy snacks so that my body won't go into starvation mode.
