Weight loss is going very slow.
I can’t do any exercises and it’s killing me because if i did do exercises i would be losing more weight.

Slightly disappointed but happy it’s not a gain.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
