Yesterday I got my fat% measured and went from 25.4 (didn't even know he took notes about this) down to 22 since March 1st. Supposedly the overweight range for guys my age is 19-25 (25+ being obese) so I'm half way to being in the "healthy male" range. Woo!
206.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
