JLThreatful's Journal, 15 January 2018

Day five back from holidays. Last nights weigh in was at night. Large jump. Never reached the 130 before. I must admit I have a little morbid curiosity about getting there. Drinking a lot of water. Taking my vitamins. Back to work today. Day 5 at the "gym" orangetheory. I will stay the course I know what works and I know how to get there. My fridge is full of healthy and good foods. Just writing in my food journal again for a bit to remember portion control... and re realize what kind of fats and sugars are in certain foods.

Kind of been dreading writing in the journal. and definitely hated recording my weight yesterday. I realized that I need to be very honest with myself when I record high weights so I don't feel traumatized every time. Need to see my progress. I also am very serious about taking my graph in a different direction overall this year. Holi-DAZE be over. Day 5 and I'm ready for a solid start to getting my goal accomplished.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Recording everything for yourself is the whole point of this. 🤷🏻‍♀️Your journal foesn’t have to post to the forum if you find it traumatic neither does your weight, or, like myself for various reasons you can keep it set to private for followers. But you know that things that are written here are sometimes deeply private, profound or just plain silly as everyone struggles to try and get a handle on a healthier Way of Eating that works for them. 🙋🏻No judgement here. Hopefully just help.
