Went out to dinner last night, it has been awhile since family together for dinner (different schedules working). Weight showed same as last week. Hope to get more physical work outs this week to drop more weight.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
