Small improvement.
No real diet followed as yet. Haven’t really been tracking food either. Only did walk a bit more this week. Still working on getting back to a regimen 🏃🏽‍♀️👩🏻‍💻😊
287.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 102.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
