My weight is actually down a little under 145 but I'm rounding up so hopefully I'll have a really nice number next week.

I didn't get up this morning to work out. Instead, I slept in and I was getting ready to head to the office, my boss called to say that the office is closed due to the flooding around town. I was relieved because it's been raining so hard here for the last few days and can use the extra day to relax and get motivated for my week routine. I'll have to work out today somehow. Maybe some yoga at home? This sounds like the best option.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
