i feel off for a few months. i wouldnt even call it fell off. i just didnt want to care about my weight. People are so obsessed with weight. i dont care where i go or who i'm talking to. Its always the same topic. WEIGHT!!! So i had given up. Anyway...I'm back on track again, i've joined curves and will work out at lunch time and after work. thats where i was going wrong i thought i could just diet. but its a combination of things i have to do to lose weight. i have to watch what i eat and excercise. point blank.
