Today is the end of my detox phase I on Fat Smash, and I have lost a total of 8lbs in 9 days. I'm very happy of my weight loss, but worried I'm loosing to fast. Because as they say the faster you loose the faster you can put it back on and more. It could also be all water weight as well. I know phase II will be challenging, but I know that if I don't loose as fast as the first phase, I won't loose my motivation.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

If you go back to your old way of eating, you will gain it back. But if you continue to eat healthy and exercise, you should be able to maintain your loss. It takes a lot of diligence to keep the weight off. Losing is only half the battle.
