So I got a little more lenient with Paleo and am doing it basically 80/20. I think in order to make this a lifestyle change and not just a diet, I need to make room for cheat meals and even cheat days or I'd go crazy. The weight is still going down but has defniately slowed.

I only have 8 more days in May to hit my 200 pound goal. I think 5.2 pounds is too aggressive, but I suppose its still possible.

If I don't get there, its OK, this is a marathon not a sprint!!!
205.2 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What a great way to plan for what works for you. That is my mentality too. I need to still enjoy life. As for my fitness plan, it is a journey for me too, not a sprint. I don't like sprints anyway ;) The 5 lbs are doable but if you are off by a bit you'll get it within the first week of June. Keep it up.
