Visited my kids and they had me walking, walking, walking. Yes, I admit, I complained but first weigh in back home and down five pounds. Darn that means I've got to keep up the walking.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
