Outside of breakfast, food tracking was quite surprisingly poor. I forgot to record the weights of the foods I took to lunch, did not consume all the protein I took for lunch. Snacked on things I hadn't calculated yet when I got home (chicken feta I made this weekend), didn't eat everything I prepared for a pre-workout meal, and then after my workout, I ate some amazing ("butter chicken", read: chicken w/ skin and veggies, beans and rice in an indian style sauce) at the hospital visiting the Hansons. No pre-sleep snack. Probably 1600-1700 calories in total for the day.
