So, as i noted in another journal, i've made it to Onderland but it's a scary place to be. The reason for this is that i feel that 200 is still so close and i look forward to getting to 190 or less, as i feel as though i won't fluctuate over 200 at night and over weekends where i may splurge a little more than i should.

I couldn't wait until this moment, and now i'm just looking to get further to be more and more proud of myself. I WILL get through this journey and i will keep losing.

My goal for this week is to up the exercise. I've been walking frequently or riding my bike, and now i need to get back into jogging to start toning up my body more. I saw my reflection today as i was walking, and boy oh boy there's a lot of jiggling. Ahh!

I've been trying for years to get up early in the morning to go jogging, and i just need to be ok with the fact that i will NEVER be able to do that and that i just need to do it in the evenings. This will be my new goal.

Anyway, i'm super excited to be in Onderland and feel pretty confident that i'll be staying here for awhile, i just need to get a safe distance away from the 200's so i don't ever see it on the scale again.

Thanks you guys!!!! This is a frustrating spot that i never anticipated would be frustrating. I thought i would be overjoyed. But now my goal is to get as far away from it as possible! :) Great job you both as well....we can do this!!
