I've been drinking too much and eating too many grains, again. I'm going to try cutting down on the wine and eliminating the grain, except for a few cheat meals each week. I'm also going to change my weight goal from the distant 50+ lb drop to about 2 lbs per week, and see if that motivates me more.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
