I DID IT! My first goal has been met. I have lost 34lbs. This is over 10% of my starting weight 303. It feels so amazing to have set my mind to a goal and to have achieved it! I am so blessed to have such a great support system. Words cannot express how grateful I am especially for my mom-in-law "Owsley" who turned me on to true low-carb eating. I feel great! I'm not hungry and I have energy to spare. Best of all my cravings and urges to overeat are GONE! I feel like a free woman. I know that if I continue to do the same things one day at a time I will achieve my ultimate goal. (track my calories, track my carbs, get to the gym 5 days a week, keep a positive attitude).

Now I look towards my next milestone weight loss goal of another 10%. 243 is the magic number. Only 26 pounds to go! Whoop whoop!
269.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That is FANTASTIC! I especially think it's awesome that you do not have cravings. Pretty cool to know it sooo do-able and that you are still enjoying what you eat. Keep up the great work!
