Obviously, I have failed again. Downward slope and such. Restarting the cycle, as ever.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree with Helewis, the biggest thing is you are still working for it, you haven't given up. Trust me I have fallen off the wagon a few times. Just make sure you have your goal in mind, and do it with no excuses!
