Finally things are looking good. I love that I'm losing. I'm gonna try and push for maximum weight loss. I wanna see if can lose 20kg in a month. I know it's quite too much and farfetched but I really need to do it.
231.5 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
