Tried to keep calories around 1500 daily this week, but still had a few slip ups, cake on Monday, candy and a raft of shared appetizers on Thursday. Friday, decided to return to LA Weight Loss plan that I still had stashed away from years ago. Had a good day on that, substituting Luna bars for LA Lites. Thank goodness I'm down after these last few weeks!
