my "emptied out" system is filling up again...I'd do better to only weigh myself once a week to see my average weight lose..not minor up and down daily variations, but then again my doctor wants me to keep a close eye on my weight because of edema... oh well, I'll weigh every day but only record a couple times a week here, once a week on WW
303.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
