been trying to avaod alot of fat. THough I didn't do so well having pancakes and eggs for breakfast with my daughters the other morning.
I find I blow my daily allowance if I eat those kind of big breakfasts. So I try to avoid it as I prefer to eat in the evening hours.

269.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
