Down 3 pounds since Saturday I believe. I haven't started exercising yet. I'm still feeling pretty bad. I'm going to start running this weekend.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
