What the hell? I just got on the scale and it says a pound up. UGHHHH. I am destined to never reach the ten pound mark. This is so frustrating. I think im doing this right. Im staying under 25 carbs, im in ketosis. But the weight is not coming off. I've been drinking massive amounts of water. I don't know what Im doing wrong. Maybe too many calories?

Usually when you see a gain like that,it's usually water weight. Check your food diary for sodium. Bacon has tons, processed meats have tons. Sodium can effect some more than others. That time of the month can add weight, sore muscles from exercise, certain foods and glycogen. Can't let one small gain derail you. Keep going and see what happens.
