Today .... 2nd day on steroids. I Hurt my back in the third week on this journey in mid Oct. I have not been able to exercised very much, (mowed the lawn in Nov a few times), but I have been fortunate to have lost almost 34 pounds Since 9/25/17 by Following the tight version of keto.
It did not occur to me in the beginning, what I would do when I got to my goal weight. Till now, I’ve been able to bull through and lose when I wanted to. Now o need to and seen way different. I will probably lower my goal once I get to it. I’ve learned a lot about carbs versus fats and Carbs and the benefits of fiber & slow carbs.... at the moment,
I really want a piece of chocolate cake....just being honest. I will make it.
