Been drinking lots of soda again. Need to cut it down drastically. I'll be fine with one serving a day. I can do this. My goal is to be at 145.0 by Christmas time!
149.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
