weekly weigh in. done in the morning after going to the bathroom. I've really lost control of my health journey, but I'm taking it back. I plan to get over the hurdle I hit when I get to the 180's and reach my first goal weight. I don't have a time frame in mind, but rather remind myself that even if its a pound a month, that's 12 a year and that better than gaining a pound a month.
