It's nice to read and see other people's journey and their ups and downs. it took me 4 years to gain the focus to shed weight and gain a healthier diet. I've hit my goal weight a couple months ago and maintained it fairly well. I'm naturally driven and goal oriented, so my question is...what's next? I'm searching for what a new focus with my health and well being can be. does anyone plan beyond their goal?
163.2 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
