tuesday i committed to a month-to-month gym membership so i can avoid the stress of running on ice/in the snow between now and spring; ir's already a game-changer. now december will no longer be such a tempting off-month just because of the weather or the stress of holiday preparations.
i know i will not be losing any weight this month. the main goal is activity proportionate to my eating, so i don't gain any either.
