Good loss ... just keep on it ... will start chasing 1 pound a week, very moderate weight loss, up until June 8th. Goal is to be 150 by that date ... and from there, go where it takes me.

Driving range to hit a bucket of golf balls then 18 holes with some buds. Beautiful day ... highs in the 70s, sunny.

153.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
