You might want to retake the points quiz to make sure you're not giving yourself too many points. Every time you reach a new 'decade' of weight(180-179,etc) you lose a point in your dailies. Also, maybe try upping your exercise?

It looks like you have been staying in the same weight range since January, up and down the same few pounds. If you don't have any medical problems for losing (like thyroid), then it's most likely something you are or aren't doing. Are you being 100% honest about your points and servings? You might want to retake the test like the above poster mentioned. Take one week and follow WW 100%. Eat your daily points every day. Get in your lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies, and oil. Get in some form of exercise. Drink your water (it flushes out sodium). Also, if you exercise a lot, keep track of your measurements. Sometimes we go down in sizes, but don't necessarily see the scale move right away. You may need to keep changing things around till you find what works for you to help you lose. I know its frustrating. Another thing to look at is if you are already in a healthy weight range for your height. It can make losing more difficult. Good luck!

Thanks for feedback. I did recheck my points and they are the same. I plan to increase my water intake when I am at home. I have been working more & I am unable to drink water at work except lunchtime. I did sign up for a kickboxing & spin class starting in 2 weeks. I seriously input EVERY item I put in my mouth...maybe I am too obsessed?
