Didn’t get to do much this week from poor weather and being busy. Plus I needed a little pick me up after work yesterday that was a bit cheeky. Need to get back into it this week and not let the weather keep me from doing exercise.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
