Weight continues to come off easier since I started the challenge. Hmm, maybe that bread was causing more problems than I thought. Oh well, a week and a half without an evening snack and I haven't faded away so the question is can I keep it up after the challenge.

214.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
