I didn't do very well this weekend because my b/f/ex was here. I managed to go to the gym once this weekend but ate some foods I shouldn't have. I'm back on track and he will not be visiting any time soon. We are really broken up and now I am without my best friend too. I have to stick with this...just feeling pretty down today.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Hey Kas, I hate when you lose the best friend and the boyfriend all in one. Make good choices for your happiness. Focus on being healthy and strong ready for the next wonderful relationship to come your way- be good to yourself!!

talk about a bad day! Hang in there. I always believe things like this happen for a reason and there is someone more wonderful and best friend more loyal waiting out there for you to bump into! It will happen, guaranteed!

UGH! I'm so sorry. I know that really stinks. I used to have a rule that when I broke up with someone I was allowed 1 self-pity-party indulgence. No ex is worth more than that, even if they were you're best friend too. When I broke up with my BF of 4 years I thought he was my best friend too, but I was wrong. My husband is 100+ times better friend and then some than my ex. Don't worry there is someone even better for you out there. This one was just practice.

We're here for you Kas. The buddies up above have given you some great advice. Don't worry about what food you ate this past weekend. Just concentrate on today and start over fresh. You CAN do this!!!!

same here broke up with my ex of 8 years last year~~ well today i'm with an amazing guy that tops him by far!! keep your head up
