Food For Fuel- I had 324 calories for breakfast at 7am. And 360 calories for Lunch. This sets me perfectly for dinner out after 6pm. Biggest challenge is becoming timing of meals and how many calories those meals need to contain. Need to work on planning the contents of meals when deciding what to eat so I do not have to burn-off a meal for a whole day without eating.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
