Second week and things have slowed down... not sure why going to watch things very close this week to see what breaks. My digestive system seems to be adjusting and I have greatly increased my fiber intake.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
