198.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.7 lb a week

Thank you ! And that's perfectly right ! I competed in a bodybuilding contest ( placed 5th/ 18) and now its time to bulk up!
